LEASE OF LAND WITH INFRASTRUCTURE

Lease the infrastructure and land use rights every 50 years
Payment method:

1st installment 10% After signing Agreement in Principle
2nd installment 30% After being issued Investment Registration Certificate and signing an official Lease Agreement
3rd installment 30% 3 months after signing the official Lease Agreement
4th installment 25% 6 months after signing the official Lease Agreement
5th installment 5% After receiving the Certificate of Land Use Rights
LEASE OF FACTORY

Lease the factory on annual and monthly basis.
Payment method:

PAYMENT PERIOD RATE PAYMENT TIME
1st installment 01 year rent After signing Agreement in Principle
2nd installment 01 year rent After being issued Investment Registration Certificate and signing an official Lease Agreement
3rd installment onwards Every 6 months From the time on which the factory is handed over and put into operation
INFRASTRUCTURE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR FEES

Serving the maintenance and repair of industrial cluster infrastructure.

Payment method: annual rent payment.

UTILITIES

Electricity: at the contract price with the Electric Power Company.

Water: at the contract price with the Water Supply Company.

Post and telecommunications: at the contract price with the Post and Telecommunications Company.

Waste water treatment fee: monthly payment.
